Refund policy

At LAWEAR , we check every piece before it leaves us, and we want you to be happy with your order because for us , customers and their LAWEAR experience matter the most. Here is how returns, refunds and cancellations work.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges . Only returns are accepted , as explained below.

Returns

Returns are accepted only within the first 7 days after delivery.
To request a return, message us on whatsapp (+91-8882970238) or e-mail us (lawear.in@gmail.com) within 7 days of delivery with your order number, details of the issue and clear photographs of the product. In case of defective or damaged or wrong item , an unboxing video helps us process your request faster.
Once your return request is approved , we will arrange a reverse pickup from your delivery address.
Please keep the product unused and unwashed , with all original tags , labels and packaging intact , ready for pickup.

Refunds

Once the returned product reaches us, it will undergo a thorough quality check.
A refund will be approved only if the product is unused, unwashed and in its original condition, with all tags, labels and packaging intact, and passes our quality check.
If the product does not meet these conditions, the return will not be accepted and the product will be sent back to you.
Approved refunds will be initiated within 2 working days of the quality check and credited to the original mode of payment (the source account used to place the order).
After the refund is initiated, it may take 1 to 5 working days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
We will inform you by email or WhatsApp once your refund has been initiated.

Cancellations

You can cancel your order at any time before it is delivered.
Cancellation requests are accepted only on WhatsApp at +91-8882970238. Please share your order number with your request.
For cancelled orders, the amount paid will be refunded to the original mode of payment within 1 to 5 working days of the cancellation being confirmed.
